About our IT Graduate ProgrammeThe IT programme is a two-year opportunity to start your career right after graduation, allowing you to explore different areas and roles to expand your skill-set and come closer to your field of interest. How will you make an impact as an IT Graduate?

As a IT Graduate, you will be a part of a highly competent IT organisation contributing to both daily operations and cross-functional projects to drive the business forward. The IT Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to explore two different areas and roles within IT - helping you grow your skills, broaden your horizons, and move closer to your ideal career path.

• First rotation: Aligned with your educational background and interview conversations. You’ll know your role and meet your future manager before the programme begins.

• Second rotation: Chosen with your input and tailored to support your interests, development goals, and long-term career direction.

Your rotations could take you into areas such as data science, solutions consultancy, network consultancy, cyber security or others - adjusted to your educational background, profile, and interests. Together, we’ll shape a journey that aligns with your competencies and aspirations.

As part of Arla IT, you’ll join a large and diverse organisation that spans everything from daily operations and support to cybersecurity, as well as developing and implementing IT solutions for our global business - from farm and production to logistics and office operations.

What will make you a successful IT Graduate?

We’re looking for curious, motivated individuals with a genuine interest in IT and a strong desire to learn and grow. While we welcome graduates from diverse educational backgrounds, your mindset and motivation matter most. You are:

• Aspiring to build a career in IT

• Living in and eligible to work in Poland

• Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field, completed within two years before the programme starts in September 2026

• You have an analytical and structural mindset, exhibit problem-solving skills and possesses a willingness to learn and explore.

The application period for the IT Graduate Programme runs from 2nd of March to 12th of April 2026. Before applying, please make sure that you have already prepared your CV in English and transcript from studies. You will be asked different questions on the application page, thus we recommend that you start the application process from a computer instead of a mobile phone.
