How you will make an impact

In this role, you will deliver hands‑on engineering of AI agents, automations, and decision workflows that accelerate Marketing & Innovation processes across global markets. You will work closely with Consumer Intelligence, Marketing teams, IT and external solution providers to rapidly validate use cases, build prototypes, and scale solutions that bring immediate value.The role sits within the Data & Intelligence organization, supporting the global M&I community and working with senior colleagues to ensure alignment to enterprise AI governance standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

·       Developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, automations, and decision workflows for Marketing & Innovation,

·       Building solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, REST APIs and integrations,

·       Running 2–3 week rapid validation cycles to prototype and iterate use cases in collaboration with CI teams,

·       Automating repetitive marketing and insights processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency,

·       Implementing workflow logic, LLM prompt engineering, agent memory, orchestration, and tool integrations.

What will make you successful

You bring a mix of technical expertise, problem‑solving mindset, and passion for applying AI in real business contexts. You enjoy working hands‑on with engineering tasks while understanding how your solutions fit into broader marketing workflows and business goals.

We expect you to have:

·       A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, Software Engineering or related field,

·       2–3 years of experience in developing AI automations or AI agent solutions,

·       Experience with Azure AI Services, REST APIs, JSON, and Python,

·       Preferred certifications: AI‑900, AI‑102,

·       Understanding of marketing or consumer insights processes (a plus).

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
