We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Workday Consultant to join our global IT/HR Technology team. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of scalable Workday integrations that power critical HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems. You will be a key player in delivering secure, efficient, and future-ready solutions across our Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, RaaS, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Perform data transformations using XML/XSLT; troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
Lead or participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployment of integrations.
Monitor integration performance, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver tuning and improvements.
Contribute to integration architecture and documentation standards.
Support compliance and security initiatives, including SSO, encryption, and data privacy protocols.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution reviews and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5–7+ years of Workday integration development experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Workday Studio
PECI / EIB / Core Connectors / Cloud Connect
Calculated fields, custom reports, report writer, RaaS
XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs
Demonstrated success building and supporting complex integrations in Payroll, HCM, and Benefits domains.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with iLoads or other Workday data migration tools.
Knowledge of middleware tools such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
Familiarity with global HR processes, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Agile/Scrum experience and comfort working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
