Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the definition, delivery, and continuous optimization of functionalities within a complex, multi-system platform. The Product Owner will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring solutions deliver clear business value while meeting technical and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Translate business and collaborator needs into clear, actionable solution requirements, detailed in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Own and manage integrations with third-party vendors, including requirements definition, impact analysis, coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive impact analysis by developing a deep understanding of the platform’s end-to-end features, including frontend and backend services, third-party integrations, BI/analytics, and supporting systems.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including Security, Compliance, Marketing, Support, IT, and Engineering, to align product delivery with organizational goals and regulatory constraints.

• Take full ownership of product features throughout their lifecycle — from ideation and definition through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.

• Define, monitor, and analyze product benchmarks and performance metrics to evaluate outcomes, find opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven product decisions.

• Continuously find opportunities to improve product quality, usability, performance, and scalability.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar product management role.

• Proven, hands-on experience in requirements documentation, including detailed functional specifications, activity/sequence/state diagrams, and interface/API definitions.

• Demonstrated experience leading third-party system integrations and managing feature launches end-to-end.

• Experience with iLottery, iGaming, or sports betting platforms is a strong advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, enabling clear presentation of complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A strong great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach who adapts quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in regulated environments.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools

• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore development teams.
