.NET Developer (mid-senior)

We’re looking for several .NET Developers (mid: +3 years & senior: +5 years experience) to join our team for an exciting project with NeoGames. You’ll be working on building a powerful, enterprise-scale platform for online lotteries. If you're someone who loves creating top-notch software solutions and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges in a team environment, this is the perfect role for you!

As part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining key software components using modern .NET technologies. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a Scrum framework to help deliver a platform that meets both technical and business goals.

Location: Poland (Hybrid: Kraków or Warsaw)

Work Model: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in the office (Kraków or Warsaw)

Type of Employment: Contract of Employment (UoP) or B2B

What You'll Do

• Software Development: Design, code, and deliver high-quality solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies.
• Feature Development: Develop new features and improve existing software by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintenance and Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently; analyze and enhance legacy systems.
• End-to-End Ownership: Implement services and infrastructure components based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) and modern tech standards.
• Scrum Participation: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Code Quality: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure the maintainability and quality of code.
• Documentation: Produce detailed documentation to support future development and troubleshooting efforts.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest .NET development tools, frameworks, and practices.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Proven background in backend development, especially with large-scale web systems.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
• Technologies: Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and a bonus if you know ASP.NET WebForms and WCF.
• Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration: Great communicator and team player.
• English: Intermediate level – comfortable with reading, writing, and team meetings in English.
