As a IT Project Manager you will manage medium-scale software development projects (up to 5 people).
What do you need to get this position?
- Experience and substantive knowledge in the field of IT application development.
- Acquire and analyze needs in the field of implemented solutions.
- Coordinate work between team members: programmers, analysts, business team, external suppliers:
- Prepare plans for individual phases of the project
- Maintenance of project backlog and documentation
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Keep track of version delivery schedule
- Support, motivate, and counsel the project team members
What do we expect from you?
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
- An independent problem solver with decision-making skills
- A sense of responsibility, commitment, and willingness to develop
- Very good written and spoken Polish and English
Additional information:
- You will manage medium-scale projects - in development or already in use in production.
- Development projects are managed according to Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban
- We use GitLab for code versioning, task management & CI
- Our applications are based on JavaScript solutions - React/Angular/Node.js
- We support QA Automation with the CodeceptJS package capabilities.
- Most of our applications are hosted on AWS
- We use Office365 tools for team members communication
