About the Role:

We are looking for Managers to lead and inspire a team of engineers across Machine Learning and Test Engineering domains.

Responsibilities:

• lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment,
• define and execute strategic roadmaps that align with company priorities, ensuring smooth workflows and continuous optimization,
• drive high-quality, scalable software solutions that enhance system stability, reliability, and performance,
• oversee the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models, ensuring business impact,
• collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to shape the product roadmap and deliver business-critical solutions,
• lead planning efforts, resource allocation, and prioritization discussions with both business and technical stakeholders,
• define epics in Jira and ensure the quality of deliverables from concept to production,
• inspire and support engineers through personalized coaching, feedback, and mentorship.

Requirements:

• hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Test Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,
• proficiency in Python OR Kotlin with a strong understanding of testing best practices (TDD experience is a plus),
• strong expertise in ML techniques (Generalized Linear Models, Gradient Boosting, Deep Learning, Probabilistic Calibration) and large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray) - for a ML Manager Role,
• ability to independently navigate complex, ambiguous challenges and drive meaningful business impact,
• experience defining and implementing technical roadmaps that align with business goals,
• strong commitment to engineering excellence, ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable systems,
• passion for driving technical innovation and improving product quality through automated, scalable solutions,
• background in fintech or retail is a plus.
