SAP HR Consultant

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a Candidate for a position of SAP HR Consultant to join the HR Applications Transversal Team.

Responsibilities:

•     Developing following products: SAP HR, SuccessFactor Central Person and Time Management, Neocase HR Service Delivery
•     Customization of new functionalities
•     Documentation of new and adjusted functionality
•     Testing new solutions (regression tests/ integration tests, module tests, acceptance tests)
•     Supporting and consulting of internal business units and customers in SAP HR
•     Cooperation with ABAP team within the scope of leading changes, projects
•     Automating processes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP HR

Requirements:

•     Experience in SAP configuration - HCM / HR / OM / PY / TM module
•     Master or engineer degree IT or other related
•     Good written and oral communication skills in English
•     Good IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data Security
•     Enthusiastic, self-driven
•     Experience in international and cross-country environments
•     Communicative, able to facilitate changes, competent in setting priorities and making people focus on them
•     Solution oriented, flexible and a reliable team player with attention to details
