We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join Arcanys Ventures. This is a part-time position with a main focus on building our partnership program from the ground up.
You will spend most of your time finding and managing relationships with new partners to increase investment leads. The rest of your time may be spent creating sales materials and case studies.
This role is for someone who can work independently and wants to make a direct impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development
Find and develop relationships with new partners, such as other VC firms, accelerators, and investor groups.
Manage day-to-day communication with all partners.
Plan and run co-marketing activities like webinars, online events, and content collaborations.
Track and report on the success of partnership activities and leads generated.
Engage with relevant online and offline communities to build brand awareness and connect with potential partners.
Sales Enablement & Content
Create and update sales materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and information sheets.
Develop and test new content, including case studies, newsletter, and lead magnets, to attract leads.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience building and managing successful partnerships in the tech, investment & venture capital space.
At least 8+ years of working experience in a mix of sales, business development and marketing.
Strong portfolio of sales content, such as pitch decks and case studies.
Proficient in using HubSpot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience analyzing sales and outreach campaigns data.
