RPA Developer

Arc Consulting is a fast-growing consulting and technology company (part of Lyvia Group). We deliver ERP, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow, and IT transformation solutions for clients across Poland and Europe. We’re expanding our Digital Transformation team with an RPA Developer who will build scalable, end‑to‑end automations.

Your everyday impact

• Identify and qualify processes for automation and assess feasibility.

• Design and implement robots in UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud) following best practices (exception handling, retries, logging).

• Integrate with enterprise systems (REST APIs, databases, files, desktop/web apps) using SQL and RegEx.

• Execute unit/integration tests and handle releases via Git/CI/CD with Orchestrator / Automation Cloud or Power Platform Solutions (ALM).

• Operate and monitor bots (alerts, telemetry, SLAs); optimize performance and environment costs.

• Prepare documentation, support users, and collaborate with stakeholders and the CoE.

• Ensure security and licensing compliance (roles, secrets/keys, audit).

What makes you a great fit

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in process automation.

• Practical experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud).

• Programming skills in VB.NET and/or C# (Python for data processing is a plus).

• Solid SQL and familiarity with exception-handling patterns, queues, and Orchestrator/Environments.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON/CSV/Excel and RegEx.

• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Fluent English (C1) for an international environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing).
