Junior SAP FICO Consultant

Arc Consulting is a fast-growing consulting and IT services company, part of the Lyvia Group. We specialize in delivering business-critical solutions in SAP, Workday, automation, and IT-enabled transformations, working with leading retail and FMCG clients across Poland, Romania, and the wider European market.

As a Junior SAP FICO Consultant you are carrying out your first independent tasks within projects. You analyze processes, create documentation, and collaborate with the team. You develop under the guidance of a “Buddy,” learning how to practically combine technical and business knowledge.

Your everyday impact:

• Analysis, understanding, and support of business processes in SAP S/4HANA FICO

• Preparation of documentation and tests

• Development and implementation of functionalities in SAP R/3 / SAP S/4HANA

• Creation of IT specifications, coordination, and participation in testing with external clients

• Support for the project team.

What makes you a great fit:

• A university degree (or you’re in your final year of studies)

• Background in finance or accounting

• Previous experience with SAP and motivation to grow your career in this area

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills• Communication skills, openness to development, and teamwork orientation

• Fluent English

• Willingness to work occasionally from the office in Krakow – a few days per month

• Availability during the 30 days
