What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:

• at least 3 years of experience in design for IT

• experience in Figma app (symbols, prototyping, building reusable design components) and FigJam or other whiteboard tool

• experience in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

• ability to conduct the design process in cooperation with PM and the rest of the team

• experience in agile design (making smaller chunks that make sense)

• ability to run meetings with international clients

• ability to discover business needs and users’ needs

• ability to achieve high aesthetics level

• ability to define information architecture of the product

• ability to define requirements to create successful MVP

• ability to create lo-fi wireframes and interactive prototypes

• ability to design responsive app and website (desktop, tablet, mobile)

• awareness and/or intuition of development complexity of solutions

• ability to explain to developers how features will work

• ability to find balance between clients’ & users’ needs, budget, and developers’ abilities

• high responsibility, team player, proactivity (suggesting solutions or next steps)

• professional fluency in English (at least C1) and Polish (at least C1)

Nice to have:

• ability to animate user interface

• ability to create Visual Identity (logo, book of sign: colors, typography, business cards & more)
