Cloud Solution Architect

We are global team of architects in Aptiv Global Software Services Team which is responsible for all the tools, applications & platforms to Aptiv software engineers globally.

As a Cloud Solution Architect you will play a key role in designing and building cloud native Generative AI solutions delivering breakthrough efficiency and quality gains for over 6000 mobility product engineers located across the globe.

Your Role:

• Bring to market multiple innovative Gen-AI solutions in the domain of software requirements management, software engineering and testing to help Aptiv build autonomous driving solutions for some of the biggest car manufactures in the world
• Designing of 99.999% available, multi-region, low-latency cloud services including backup, archiving and disaster recovery strategies
• Deploy zero-trust security processes to include integration with Aptiv cybersecurity services
• Define AWS Cost Control Governance Models
• Drive successful delivery across multiple stakeholders including BA’s, Quality, Operations and External Suppliers
• Manage on-going relationships and communications with IT Service Suppliers
• Recommend best practice and mentor junior architects

Your Background:

• You have an Information Technology degree or similar
• You are a certified Cloud Architect in AWS (preferred) or Azure and possess relevant work experience in a Technical Solution Architecture role, specializing in Application Architecture, but with exposure to Hosting and Infrastructure
• You have proven work experience in leveraging cloud hosting and storage solutions such as Amazon AWS
• You have strong experience in Infrastructure As Code technologies e.g. Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• You have experience with designing or hosting solutions in one of Data science, Machine Learning or ML Ops platforms
