The key responsibilities are:
- Work as a part of agile team to create a new financial product based on microservices architecture
- Build and develop product test strategy
- Create, maintain and update test cases in accordance with Behaviour Driven Development principles
- Continuously develop automated regression testing of the product
- Strong commitment to various QA aspects and types of tests, including contract, performance, front-end and back-end testing (following Test Driven Development approach)
- Analyse test results, identify the point of bug occurrence in the system, report defects
- Contribute to test automation (Java and Selenium based)
- Operate in CI/CD environment (Jenkins)
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes & experience:
- Quality Assurance & Testing background
- Experience in microservices ecosystem and cloud software specifics
- Knowledge and experience in test automation (at least front-end or back-end)
- Java, Selenium (or Protractor) and chosen scripting language skills
- Linux skills
- Hands-on experience using test management tool (e.g. qTest Manager)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience using JIRA (or equivalent tools)
- Understanding and hands-on experience working in truly Agile teams (for instance in Scrum)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins)
- Experience with contract testing, working in TDD
- Experience working with Dockers and Kubernetes
- ISTQB foundation certification
