We’re searching for a Product Designer who not only has the skills, but also the mindset to create impactful digital experiences.

If you:

• Have 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications, backed by a strong portfolio,
• Approach design pragmatically, relying on data, research, and facts,
• Are confident in facilitating workshops like Design Sprints,
• Understand usability best practices and platform-specific guidelines
• Thrive in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients,
• Ensure your designs are implementation-ready,
• Know Figma inside and out – building scalable, efficient design components,
• Have excellent communication skills in English & Polish (B2+),

We’ll be more than happy if you:

• Can showcase your end-to-end approach to building these solutions, including strategy and the impact you made on the business goals of your Clients,
• Are present on Dribbble or Behance,
• Have experience working with design systems,
• Have conducted workshops and user research,
• Enjoy writing articles and posts about design or participate in design events as a speaker.

Our recruitment process is only 4 steps long

(We are currently verifying candidates and will contact selected applicants in mid-February)

1. Video interview with our Recruitment Team (approx. 45 minutes)
2. Technical task (3 days to complete)
3. Video interview with our Product Designer Team (approx. 90 minutes)
4. If any additional steps are necessary, we will inform you.

And finally, the decision, after which we can say “Welcome on board!.”
