iOS Engineer (Pre-Senior)

We are looking for an iOS Engineer who truly understands the iOS ecosystem and navigates it smoothly, but most importantly, can control the technology rather than being controlled by it. If you're an engineer who values flexibility and sees beyond the technicalities, this might be the perfect role for you.

What you will be doing: 

You’ll have the chance to work on several different projects (more details can be discussed privately), but we're seeking someone for whom the specific client or product doesn’t matter as much as the opportunity to be part of a team that’s deeply involved in solving real business problems.

You'll work closely with clients, take ownership of solutions, and ensure that they’re executed efficiently.

What we are looking for: 

• Fully proficient knowledge of iOS development and ecosystem.
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and business impact, not just technical challenges. Moreover—frustrated by inefficiency and the idea of delivering things that ultimately don’t provide value—you’re driven to create solutions that truly make an impact.
• Ability to work autonomously, but also contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Responsibility and ownership over the solutions you deliver.
• Someone not afraid to share their opinions—we want you to be actively involved in the decision-making process when it comes to solving the problem.
• Experience with: Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, GraphQL, XcodeGen, Fastlane, Sourcery
• Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English (B2)

It would be a plus if you:

• have experience in big scalable ecommerce or banking platforms.

Our recruitment process: 

1. Culture & mission fit meeting with Recruitment Team (abt 60 minutes).
2. Competence fit meeting with iOS team (abt 90 minutes).
3. If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.
