Job requirements

You are the ideal fit for our team if you:

• Bring strong back-end engineering skills and hands-on AI experience, including:
• Expertise in Python and typical machine learning workflows
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI concepts
• Understand Relational and NoSQL databases and have broad data modeling skills
• Have worked with RAG setups and vector databases
• Know how to build AI solutions using
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic-AI (for multi-step or agent-based workflows)
• LangGraph (for agent logic) and LangFlow (for visually creating/managing LLM chains)
• Hugging Face (model hosting, fine-tuning) and OpenAI or similar LLM providers
• Follow best practices (testing, scalability, deployment, MLOps, etc.) to deliver robust AI solutions
• Are a team player and aren’t afraid to take full ownership of the area entrusted to you
• Are excited to promote our AI insights and findings on social media
• Have good written and spoken English

Our recruitment process is only 3 steps long

1. Video Interview with our Recruitment Team (approx. 45 minutes)
2. Video Interview with our AI Team (abt 20 minutes)
3. Video Interview with Team Leader (abt 30 minutes)
