Your role

The team you’ll be joining consists of experienced developers, designers, and analysts, whose enthusiasm, passion, and individuality create a cohesive team and an inspiring place to work.

As a Java Developer, you will participate in the design and implementation of software — mainly by developing new functionalities.

In addition to ongoing projects, you will have the opportunity for professional development in your chosen direction.

We will support you on your way to becoming a technical expert, and if you already are one - we will provide you with opportunities for further development, deepening your specialization or moving to a leadership path and taking more responsibility for the development of the team and the code you create.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Designing and developing software in Java (latest LTS versions)
• Backend development with Spring Boot and REST API
• Working with SQL databases and cloud environments (AWS)
• Co-creating new functionalities in web applications
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle (Agile)

This job is for you, if

• You have min. 3 years of commercial experience as a Java Programmer
• You are proficient in Spring Boot
• You are familiar with relational databases and SQL
• You solve problems using design patterns
• You follow Clean Code principles
• You apply the TDD approach
• You are fluent in Polish and English
• You are ready to visit our office in Poznań 3 times a week

The entire recruitment process is fully remote and contains only 2 parts:

• After the initial verification of the application, the recruiter will contact the selected candidates by phone for a few-minute interview
• In the second step of verification, we meet on Teams with you and two people from a given team, including the Team Leader, thanks to which you will receive complete information about the position
