Head of Applications

Your responsibilities:

• People management & technical leadership
• Being an inspiring leader, mentor and assist the development of applications Team
• Report to the Director of Technical Department, work closely with Head of other teams, define the roadmap & long-term strategy for development of the Apps Team
• Focused on working with Sales on the new project opportunities
• Presenting Team services portfolio to the clients
• Define project scopes, timelines, and ensuring scope alignment with the business goals
• Supporting Project Managers in technical aspects of the projects
• Being a contact point for business users

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in people management
• At least 2 years’ experience as Technical Leader or Solution Architect
• Good knowledge and understanding of the directions of business development
• Professional experience with Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
• Experience in building and integrating with RESTful APIs
• Experiance in relational database development
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working in the international multicultural business environment
• Strong will to improve the business and technical solutions
• Communicative, open to internal and external customer’s needs
• Fluent in English
