About the Role:

For one of our key clients in the banking sector, we are looking for a ActiveViam Developer to support the development and implementation of a modern exploitation and reporting tool based on Atoti  technology. This solution will be central to analytics and reporting for the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), CVA Desk, and Structuring & Sales functions.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence required once per week in our client’s office located in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of existing Qlik reports to the Atoti platform.
• Design and develop new Atoti-based reports for CCR internal models (e.g., backtesting, stress testing).
• Work closely with stakeholders including Quants, Risk, Methodology, Model Validation, Traders, and Sales.
• Gather business requirements and define technical architecture and data workflows.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions based on evolving business and IT needs.
• Manage the end-to-end reporting development: coding, certification, and deployment.

You will also:

• Provide technical support and advice to project teams.
• Collaborate with business units to understand needs and challenges.
• Document technical solutions, system workflows, and processes.
• Ensure reports are efficient, scalable, and meet regulatory expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles, particularly in:
• CIB Markets area projects
• Risk-related projects and in-house risk engines
• Financial product knowledge
• Trading Desk & Risk metrics (ideally with understanding of XVA and Counterparty Risk metrics)
• Advanced expertise in Atoti (ActiveViam) technology is essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and delivery.
