Job Title: Vendor and Workforce Operations Expert

Rate: 150-180 PLN/h

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Vendor and Workforce Operations Expert to join our Cybersecurity team in the banking sector. This role focuses on managing vendor operations and workforce processes to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Simplify complex processes and drive innovative solutions.
• Build strong internal and external relationships across a global team.
• Define and refine operational procedures to support consistent and quality execution of monitoring and detection.

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with industry cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO2700x).
• Knowledge of data security tools and methodologies.
• Minimum of 4/5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial organization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cybersecurity threats specific to the financial sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to document technical procedures and solutions.

Qualifications:

• A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment and with regulatory compliance matters.
