• Salary: 150PLN/hour - 180 PLN/hour

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate within a highly agile, cross-functional team of UX designers and UI developers on multiple products and initiatives.
• Work iteratively with code, balancing fast-paced delivery while maintaining quality.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including product owners, engineering leads, and design communities.
• Play an active role in development, focusing on a consistent approach to our component library and consuming applications.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure UI consistency across multiple applications while adhering to best practices in UX/UI.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Expert experience with HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
• Strong skills in high-fidelity HTML/CSS prototyping.
• Excellent knowledge of design systems and responsive web development.
• Strong understanding of component-based development within a shared style guide context.
• Expertise in accessibility best practices.
• Solid knowledge of cross-browser concerns and issues.

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

• Experience in banking or retail domains and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
