Title: Travel and Expenses (T&E) Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide oversight and direction to ensure the accuracy and health of T&E operations.
• Monitor scorecards and partner with leaders to keep business results on track.
• Work with local stakeholders and hub teams to improve processes, reduce aged balances, and deliver excellence in T&E.
• Drive results through offshore teams by coaching and fostering alignment with company culture and global standards.
• Develop and deliver the T&E EU roadmap in partnership with GPO, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Ensure strong controls and governance by reviewing risks, processes, and compliance, and signing off on key control designs

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on P2P processes.
• Experience in Financial Operations Management and a solid understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle (contracts, vendor master data, purchase orders, invoices, disbursements).
• Proven ability to deliver strategic process improvements and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Comfortable making sound decisions in complex or ambiguous business environments.
• Knowledge of Lean principles is an advantage.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
