• Senior: 115–156 PLN/hour (B2B)

About the Project

You’ll join a test automation project with a strong focus on performance testing.The application is primarily built with .NET, while Playwright and JMeter are the core testing technologies. The CI/CD process is managed through Azure DevOps.

You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team to ensure the platform’s reliability, scalability, and performance — shaping automation strategies and driving continuous improvement.

We’re Looking For

Mid-Level and Senior Test Automation Engineers who are passionate about test automation and performance testing, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software test automation

• Solid knowledge of C# and basic SQL

• Experience creating and executing performance tests

• Ability to integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

• Hands-on experience with JMeter

• Strong background in structuring, designing, and planning test scenarios and test cases

• Practical experience with Playwright

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Familiarity with test automation best practices

• Comfort working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XPath)

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Independent, analytical, punctual, and eager to learn and share knowledge

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and develop performance and load test scripts using JMeter (beyond record/replay: scripting, parameterization, correlation, distributed execution)

• Integrate performance tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated execution and reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (response times, throughput, scalability, bottlenecks)

• Conduct capacity planning and establish performance baselines

• Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to developers and architects

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and SDETs to troubleshoot and optimize performance

• Participate in sprint planning, ensuring performance testing is part of the Definition of Done

• Maintain and enhance test frameworks for reusability, scalability, and efficiency
