Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop automated tests for predefined test scenarios
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Experts, and other stakeholders to identify test cases for automation
• Work closely with the Global Test Manager and QA Architect to identify opportunities for test automation
• Partner with Testers and Development teams daily
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders
• Engage in both automated and manual testing, ensuring compliance with Software QA Governance procedures
• Use Azure DevOps as a bug-tracking system
• Use TestRail as a test management tool
• Work with the Navtor Test Automation framework

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing
• Experience in frontend and backend testing (UI, API, database integration)
• Proficient in C# object-oriented programming for test automation
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Basic knowledge of GIT
• Experience with cloud systems (Azure/AWS)
• Familiarity with testing terminology (Test, Test Case, Test Suite)
• Ability to design automated tests that cover specific test scenarios
• Strong attention to test reporting and analysis of test results from automation
• Knowledge and experience in Scrum methodologies
• Experience collaborating with other automation engineers (e.g., reviewing pull requests, sharing best practices)

Nice to have:

• Mobile application testing experience is a plus
• ISTQB knowledge or certification is a plus
• Experience with virtual machines is an advantage
