Position Summary:

This role focuses on the complete transformation of the current radio access network (RAN) to align with a new architecture and evolving traffic demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and upgrading software, including deploying new versions
• Testing, implementing, and supporting new radio network features
• Diagnosing and resolving software issues
• Developing and maintaining tools for RAN preparation and integration
• Creating and supporting audit systems to ensure parameter consistency
• Designing and maintaining SON modules for RAN optimization
• Executing changes and upgrades within the network

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Programming skills for tool development
• Data analysis proficiency, including SQL
