📍 Kraków | B2B Contract | Full Time | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

About the Role:

Join a cross-functional team building a modern in-house platform for FX trading – covering pricing, booking, risk, and valuations. You'll work in a fast-paced, global environment, delivering robust Java solutions and collaborating closely with traders and product teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient Java code (Java 17+)
• Build microservices and contribute to a DevOps-driven platform
• Own the full software lifecycle – from development to production support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement features

Tech & Practices:

• Java 17+, REST APIs, messaging systems
• TDD, CI/CD, automation, agile methodologies
• DevOps mindset – build it, own it

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong core Java skills and low-latency system experience
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Passion for tech, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with FX or trading systems is a plus
