Software Business Analyst

We are looking for a Software Business Analyst to join the Warsaw team working on a PCRONE medical device project. You will work in an experienced international environment with people who maintain the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3–5 years as a Software Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of SDLC systems OS and databases
• Experience with clinical life sciences lab or medical device requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Effective time management and organization
• Skilled in leading meetings and teamwork
• Proactive results-oriented and solution-driven
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Duties: 

• Gather and manage software requirements for medical device applications
• Translate user needs into functional specs with cross-functional teams
• Act as Product Owner: define and prioritize user stories and design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, workflows)
• Support risk analysis, compliance documentation, and test validation
• Collaborate on defect resolution, user support, and technical documentation
• Track progress and communicate risks and updates to project teams and leadership
