Site Reliability Engineer

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Rate: 190–220 PLN/h | B2B | Kraków (office presence 6 times per month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate reliable services and platforms,

• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual work (CI/CD pipelines, scripting),

• Support migration of APIs from on‑premise to modern environments,

• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and plan capacity for critical platforms,

• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for production issues,

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, or systems engineering,

• Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting (shell, Python),

• Solid understanding of networking and firewall configuration,

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills,

• Fluent English and ability to work in a distributed, multicultural team.
