Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Internal Kubernetes Platform

About the role

We are currently expanding our Hybrid Integration Platform team and are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the development and maintenance of our Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP).

This team delivers containerization and platform services to internal clients around the world, enabling secure, scalable and resilient IT operations.As a Senior SRE, you will help design, operate, and evolve our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You’ll ensure system stability and performance, automate operational processes, and work closely with global teams to keep services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the stability, scalability and performance of the IKP platform.

• Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and performance issues.

• Deploy, configure and support Kubernetes clusters and related components.

• Identify root causes of incidents and apply preventive improvements.

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (including occasional weekend support).

• Organize and oversee daily team operations in compliance with Polish labour law.

Your skills and experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration and Unix/Linux systems.

• Knowledge of Service Meshes will be considered an asset.

• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and automation tools.

• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret logs, metrics and monitoring data.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
