Job Description:

For our Client we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Python Developer to join an exciting project. This project is for a technology company creating the biggest pool of high-quality, human-derived data in the world—and the ultimate platform to access it.

Requirements:

Experience Level

• Senior Software Engineer with ~10 years of professional experience

• Proven record of leading or significantly contributing to the architecture, delivery, and operation of complex software systems

Enterprise Experience (Highly Valued)

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale systems, ideally including:

  • Security, access control, or identity management systems

  • Eligibility or rules-based decision systems

  • Enterprise payment platforms

Deep understanding of scalability, reliability, and compliance in enterprise environmentsTechnical SkillsMust-have:

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Solid experience with FastAPI (or similar modern Python frameworks)

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Very good command of English and Polish, at least at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and REST APIs

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support (e.g., Datadog)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with containerized or serverless infrastructure
