Senior Python Developer – Data Streaming & Automation

📍 Location: Kraków (hybrid, 2 days/month in the office)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to join our international technology team and help design scalable, automated solutions for data processing and business operations. You will work on enterprise-level systems using cutting-edge technologies like Apache Beam, PySpark, and cloud-based runners, while collaborating with architects and product stakeholders to drive innovation and automation.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions based on business needs.

• Build and maintain streaming data pipelines using PySpark and Apache Beam.

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other engineers to define the best solution architecture.

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and propose implementation strategies.

• Promote coding standards and share Python expertise within the team.

• Participate in agile delivery processes, from design through deployment.

What we expect from you:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 7+ years of professional Python development.

• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x and at least one web framework (e.g., Flask, Django).

• Experience with stream processing frameworks: PySpark, Apache Beam.

• Familiarity with Beam runners (e.g., Apache Spark, Flink, Google Cloud Dataflow).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps culture, and automation tools.

• Experience working with microservices architecture.

• Good communication skills and a solution-driven mindset.

• Nice to have: experience with reporting/analytics tools such as QlikView/QlikSense.
