Are you an experienced IT leader with a strong background in managing large-scale outsourcing projects? Our client – a global technology and consulting company – is seeking a Senior IT Transition & Transformation Manager to oversee complex international programs, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead. Lead and manage transition & transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring execution within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of transition & transformation initiatives.

  • Build, guide, and manage interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective allocation of resources and effort planning.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and required changes, applying best practices in risk and change management.

  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders, clients, third parties, and vendors.

  • Report project progress to senior management and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Apply proven project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) and ensure compliance with governance standards.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT service environments in senior roles, including leadership responsibility.

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Transition & Transformation Manager in large-scale, complex outsourcing projects.

  • Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and delivering transition & transformation programs.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multicultural and cross-functional teams in international environments.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
