Senior Fullstack Developer with Java and Javascript

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in Java JavaScript and Angular JS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. Proficiency in English is required and experience in Account Management and Cash Management is a plus. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Java JavaScript and Angular JS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Implement best practices for coding standards and performance optimization
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure that all development processes and deliverables adhere to company standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Must have strong experience in Java, JavaScript and Angular JS
• Should have 8+ years of relevant experience
• Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak)
• Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Should have a strong understanding of web development best practices
• Must be committed to delivering high-quality work
• Should be adaptable and open to learning new technologies
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Should be able to work in a hybrid model.
• Nice to have experience in Account Management and Cash Management domains.
