About the Team

You will join a high-performing, international team responsible for developing and maintaining mission-critical global digital platforms. This includes:

• Integrating data from vehicles and OEM systems.

• Advanced fleet and driver management solutions.

• Cutting-edge self-service applications for clients and drivers.

• End-to-end vehicle lifecycle management platforms.

The teams operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment, working closely with branches worldwide. Because of this international ecosystem, fluent, professional English is an absolute must-have.

Who We Are Looking For (Strict Requirements)

We are not looking for mid-level developers stepping up. We need seasoned, battle-tested experts who can hit the ground running.

• A minimum of 8 years of commercial full-stack experience is mandatory.

• English proficiency (B2/C1) is a non-negotiable must-have. You will use it daily to collaborate with global teams.

• A strong analytical mind with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

• An expert who naturally bridges the gap between clean, high-quality code and business value.

• A collaborative team player who thrives on knowledge-sharing and mentoring others.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions based on industry best practices (security, testability, scalability).

• Driving Innovation: Actively participate in requirement analysis and system architecture design.

• Execution: Implementation, testing, and deployment of complex applications.

• Optimization: Continuous code optimization, refactoring, and high-level user support.

• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with DevOps, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver flawless products.

• Backend: Java 17–21/Spring Boot

• Frontend: Angular 16/17, TypeScript

• Databases: Oracle SQL, Redis

• Integration: REST, SOAP, Kafka

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven

• Tools: Git, IntelliJ, VSCode, JIRA, Confluence

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps
