Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our client's team and help drive the development of personalized web and visual design experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the technical direction of the platform, working closely with other engineers, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives that maximize the impact for the core product. You’ll also leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technology and innovation in the influencer marketing space.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Develop and maintain performant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with React component libraries such as Material UI, Joy UI, Chakra UI, and Tailwind UI.
• Produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop solutions that address user needs.
• Be involved in various engineering tasks, including creating technical documentation and developing proof-of-concepts.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a positive team culture.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend/UI engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality code.
• Proficient in advanced React (custom hooks, Context API, state management, component lifecycles, and client-side routing) and CSS patterns (CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, CSS Grid, and Flexbox layouts).
• Possess a deep understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Have experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress).
• Prioritize web accessibility in your work.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively scope and solve complex problems.
• Have experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Value testing and documentation as much as code quality.
• Are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment.
• Have experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• Fluent in English with strong, proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively and communicate asynchronously with teams across different time zones.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude AI to enhance coding efficiency.
