Senior Front-end Developer (React)

For our regular client, a global bank, we are looking for a Senior Front-end Developer (React)

Working in a hybrid mode from Kraków

Responsible For

• Maintain a delivery-orientated approach to developing the applications and their supporting software & data infrastructure. Manage releases, and support existing systems.

• Working independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement responsive web & mobile applications.

• Building on and suggesting best practices

• Mentoring other members in the department where appropriate, providing guidance and knowledge transfer

• Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget

• Following Risk-Based Project Management (RBPM) and GB&GCF IT development methodologies, corporate information security and corporate website look & feel guidance to ensure successful project delivery with strict adherence to coding practices and the production of all necessary documentation

• Initiation and implementation of productivity and quality initiatives

• Manage and co-ordinate software releases through to Production

Experience

• A proven track record delivering React applications.

• Experience of working on front end layers / tiers of the project with rich UI.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript etc.

• Excellent knowledge of CSS3, design systems and design tokens

• Experience in front end testing frameworks like Jest, Testing Library React.

• Experience in creating pixel perfect UI as per provided specifications.

• Experience in creating reusable React or React Native components for applications to use

• Working knowledge of React.JS and React Native (react-native-cli)

• Good knowledge of accessibility on both web and mobile devices.

• Good knowledge of data marshalling/de-marshalling using JSON and XML

• Experience and passion for test driven development
