We’re looking for an experienced Sr Group FP&A Analyst ready to provide insights that drive IG’s long-term strategy. This is a unique opportunity to support the Group FP&A team, understand divisional performance, and gain exposure to end-to-end business processes that create exceptional client experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Build robust forecasts and insightful performance models

• Analyze key drivers of group performance and support internal/external reporting

• Automate data inputs and design innovative reporting solutions

• Partner with divisional finance teams to understand variances and support budgeting, planning, and forecasting

What you’ll need:

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel skills and competency in MS SQL (reading, writing, understanding scripts)

• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and working with unstructured data

• Forecasting and planning experience in a fast-paced environment

• Drive to innovate and confidence to contribute ideas

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
