Senior Data Engineer with MySQL and Python Pyspark

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MySQL and Python Pyspark with a strong understanding of Account Management and Cash Management domains. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using MySQL and Python Pyspark.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features.

• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the documentation of software design and development processes.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection regulations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

To make this happen you need to have

• 7+ years of relevant experience

• Strong experience in MySQL Python Pyspark.

• Good understanding of Account Management and Cash Management domains.

• Must possess excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).

• Nice to have experience in hybrid work model environments.

• Should be able to work efficiently in a day shift schedule.

Python Certified Solutions Architect MySQL Database Administrator Certification
