Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Data Security (DLP)

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst with strong expertise in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to join a global Cyber Security Technology & Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting sensitive data across the organization by designing, implementing, and managing DLP controls, while working closely with global stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and Business functions.

Hybrid model: 6 days per month from the office in Kraków.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive the Data Security and DLP strategy across the organization

• Act as a subject matter expert in DLP policies, controls, and governance

• Implement and optimize DLP tooling in line with security standards

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and Business

• Monitor and report on DLP performance using KPIs and metrics

• Work closely with Control Owners, Service Owners, and Technology teams

• Support testing activities (test planning, execution, defect management)

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

• Proactively identify and mitigate data-related security risks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with DLP tools (e.g. Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, Trellix, Zscaler, Microsoft Information Protection)

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in Data Security

• Strong understanding of Data in Motion and Data in Use security

• Experience in managing and tuning DLP policies

• Background in system/ network administration (cloud environments preferred)

• Experience in testing (manual or automated)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Experience in regulated environments (financial services is a strong plus)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions.
