Senior Automation Test Engineer (IAM)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join a global IAM transformation program. The role focuses on testing modern, scalable IAM solutions in cloud environments, with strong emphasis on automation, event-driven architecture, and policy-as-code.

• Hybrid model: 6 days/ month from the office in one of locations: preffered Cracow, but also Warsaw)

• Contract: B2B

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies with an automation-first approach

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks (API, web, graph DB)

• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and perform cloud testing

• Test access policies as code (OPA/Rego), IAM processes, and event-driven workflows

• Ensure traceability, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and process improvements

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years in test automation, including senior/l ead experience

• Strong IAM domain knowledge and access models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC, PBAC)

• Experience in API testing, event-driven architectures, and graph DBs (Neo4j)

• Skilled in building test frameworks (Java / Python / TypeScript or similar)

• Experience with CI/CD, containerized environments, and cloud platforms (especially GCP)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
