SAP FICO Consultant
Job description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions
-
Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules according to business needs
-
Advise and support process owners and key users on process improvements and innovations
-
Participate in global SAP projects (rollouts, upgrades, implementation of new functionalities)

Ensure effective change and problem management, including support participation
-
Create and maintain documentation such as Business Process Procedures and user guides
-
Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users (on-site and remote)
-
Collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the SAP Customer Support Cente
-
University degree in Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field
-
At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and implementation in an international environment

In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM, PP, SD, and HR
-
Solid understanding of financial processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting

Familiarity with financial reporting and controlling principles (Swiss GAAP FER)

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is an advantage
-
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
