As we elevate our IT Quality Engineering function, we are seeking a highly accomplished and influential Quality Engineering Senior Lead (individual contributor role). This principal-level position is pivotal to setting enterprise-wide strategies, leading cross-functional quality transformations, and promoting a culture of excellence throughout our IT landscape.
Your Impact:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term vision for IT Quality Engineering, integrating innovative testing methodologies, validation frameworks, and proactive compliance practices in line with evolving global regulations and business priorities.
Transformation Initiatives: Lead and architect large-scale transformation programs that revolutionize quality engineering tools, practices, and methodologies across the enterprise.
Executive Oversight: Guide key cross-functional initiatives with strategic alignment, efficient resource planning, and measurable business outcomes.
Innovation & Automation: Introduce cutting-edge technologies, automation strategies (including AI/ML), and disruptive approaches to maximize quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Compliance Expertise: Influence global compliance strategies, advising senior leadership on regulatory matters and preparing for future industry trends.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external experts to foster collaboration, innovation, and best-practice adoption.
Performance & Analytics: Design advanced measurement frameworks to showcase the ROI and business value of quality initiatives.
Talent Development: Define future organizational needs, mentor senior professionals, and cultivate a high-performance culture centered around continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
About You:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in IT quality engineering, testing, validation, and compliance—particularly in highly regulated industries.
Proven track record leading enterprise-wide quality transformations and delivering strategic outcomes at scale.
Deep knowledge of international regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 1 & 11, MHRA) and global compliance expectations.
Expertise in building advanced testing and validation strategies using modern technologies and automation.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Skilled in translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and regulators.
Experience applying Agile and DevOps methodologies in regulated environments.
Fluent in English at a professional business level.
