Project Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple simultaneous projects. This individual will be responsible for enhancing collaboration across teams, tracking overall program performance, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic business goals. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and can juggle various priorities without losing focus, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of several projects, making sure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Cross-Team Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to align project goals, remove bottlenecks, and ensure transparent communication. Drive progress through regular check-ins and Agile ceremonies.
Program Oversight: Offer a comprehensive, top-down view of all initiatives to senior leaders, highlighting interdependencies, milestones, risks, and overall delivery status.
Reporting & Governance: Develop and maintain visual dashboards and key documentation to enhance visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks early, manage escalations, and ensure momentum is maintained across workstreams.
Process Optimisation: Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, team workflows, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Tools Management: Oversee the use and optimisation of project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Clarity), ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
Budget & Procurement Oversight: Monitor financials, forecast expenditures, and manage procurement processes to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably within large-scale or matrix organisations.
Strong ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Experience providing a high-level program view that links delivery outcomes to broader business goals.
Excellent skills in organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Clarity, or MS Project.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus, but not mandatory.
