We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Project Manager – Technology Risk & Control, Equities & Securities Financing Technology.



Role Purpose


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive and deliver a key global initiative within our Technology Risk & Control function. This role is critical in ensuring robust governance, reporting, risk visibility and mitigation. You will be leading a project that enhances operational resilience across the technology teams globally. As a Project Manager, you will work across technology and control teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for delivering project objectives on time, within scope, and in adherence to internal control standards. Your ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders will be key to success in this role.


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Project Management Expertise - Strong experience in delivering projects within technology, risk, or compliance environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including risk, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Delivery Focus - A track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and risk frameworks.
  • Methodologies & Tools - Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods, alongside tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Ability to assess risks, identify mitigation strategies, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Communication & Reporting - Strong communication skills, with experience in reporting project progress, risks, and control effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
