Location: Kraków (hybrid work – expected to be in the office at least twice a week)Contract Type: B2B Full-time

We are a dynamic AI Markets team within Corporate and Institutional Banking Technology. Our award-winning digital services use advanced natural language processing (NLP) and AI to transform how institutional investors engage with global market data. Our cross-asset platform covers price distribution, trade execution, and training analytics, enabling real-time insights like never before.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, scope definition, risk and budget management.

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery within scope and budget.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and trading/sales teams to gather and define business requirements.

• Coordinate with global business, operations, and technology teams across multiple locations.

• Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and monitor progress.

• Align requirements with business and technical milestones.

• Manage talent development and succession planning.

• Oversee third-party vendors and service providers.

What We’re Looking For

You are an experienced leader with excellent project management, business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You have a proven track record delivering complex financial or AI-related projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience with FX or AI projects.

• Knowledge of FX, EM Rates, Fixed Income, and Equity products.

• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Skilled in Agile environments with focus on engineering solutions.

• Ability to work in ambiguous settings, prioritize tasks, and manage risks.

• Attention to detail and ability to foresee and resolve issues.

• Experience motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms, NLP, and machine learning technologies.

• Familiarity with programming languages and tools used in AI Markets.
