🚀 Your Role:

As a Process Lead – SAP Security & Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that SAP security processes align with business needs and compliance requirements. You will work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to optimize security frameworks, manage access controls, and drive process improvements.

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee SAP security processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards
• Monitor SAP environments for segregation of duties (SoD) violations and sensitive transactions
• Conduct audits, identify security gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize SAP access controls and role design
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and best practices
• Educate stakeholders on SAP security risks, controls, and mitigation strategies
• Support automation of compliance reporting using ABAP, VBA, SQL, Python, or Java
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP security framework

🎯 What We Expect from You:

✔ 5+ years of experience in SAP security, compliance, or IT process management

✔ Strong understanding of SAP business processes (RtR, PtP, OtC, customer relations)

✔ Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2)

✔ Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive compliance initiatives

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or a related field
