Join a team delivering a F5 Load Balancers migration project within a global organisation. We are looking for an engineer who combines automation and software engineering skills with a strong understanding of networking, supporting secure infrastructure and service migrations as well as the development of operational processes.
Work model
Hybrid mode – 2 days a week working from the office
Office location: Krakow
Rate: PLN 160–180/hour (B2B)
Scope of Responsibilities

Designing and implementing migrations of infrastructure and services from the old platform to the new one

Working with service owners to agree on appropriate timing for migration activities

Adhering to strict change control rules

Building automation for the new platform

Understanding and modifying existing code in order to adapt it to new technologies

Creating new deployment pipelines

Adhering to configuration and API standards

Sharing knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team
What you need to succeed in this role

Solid technical knowledge of Python, API development, and code testing and validation. We do not measure experience in years, but you must demonstrate that you truly know what you are doing.

Hands-on experience with automation languages, platforms, and tools (Bash, Jenkins / CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, HashiCorp Vault)

Good basic knowledge of networking concepts (BGP, routing, TCP/IP, certificates / PKI, VMware, KVM) with a strong focus on F5 load balancers. You will be working on automating our operational processes for the F5 load balancing solutions we manage.
