Join a Global CRM Transformation Programme in the Financial Services Sector
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Functional) to take a key role in a global CRM transformation initiative for a major financial institution.
This programme is driving the evolution of customer and client onboarding services, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to streamline operations, elevate customer experiences, and empower sales and support teams with intelligent tooling. Already live across 30+ countries and serving thousands of users, the platform continues to scale globally.
As a Solution Architect, you will shape and lead the end-to-end design of CRM solutions—working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric systems.
- Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, and related modules.
- Translate business requirements into robust architecture using Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, O365).
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and enterprise standards.
- Drive architectural decisions across customizations, integrations, data migrations, and security models.
- Lead functional workshops and provide clear documentation of requirements, solutions, and technical approaches.
- Support the implementation team with ongoing technical leadership and guidance during development and rollout.
- Monitor platform evolution and provide strategic recommendations to improve architecture and functionality.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
- 5+ years of overall project experience, including 3+ years in a solution architecture or consulting role.
- Expertise in solution design, functional configurations, workflows, dashboards, and business rules within the D365 platform.
- Strong understanding of integration points, data models, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, REST/ODATA APIs, XRMToolbox, and Dynamics SDK.
- Strong technical foundation in .NET, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and familiarity with Azure services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Azure Cognitive Services.
- Prior exposure to the financial services industry, particularly in customer onboarding, KYC, or regulatory domains.
- Knowledge of project tools like Jira and Confluence.
- A long-term B2B collaboration within a high-impact, global transformation programme.
- Meaningful work on a strategic CRM platform used across continents.
- Hybrid work model (Warsaw or Kraków as base location), flexible hours.
