Microsoft Copilot Studio Tools Developer

Location: Hybrid (Poland - Kraków/Warszawa/Lublin/Opole/Katowice/Gdańsk/Poznań) 

Your Role

As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Tools Developer, you’ll build and optimize intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows across Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and Power Automate. You’ll design integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST APIs, enabling smooth data flow between enterprise systems. Your focus: secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions that push the limits of Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and enhance custom tools, connectors, and actions for AI and automation workflows.

• Integrate external APIs and data sources within Power Platform.

• Improve conversational AI capabilities — multilingual support, generative responses, attribution.

• Embed security, compliance, and performance in every solution.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and mentor others in cross-platform integration.

Your Profile:

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft cloud tools, and workflow orchestration.

• Proficiency in PowerFX, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.

• Experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot for Microsoft 365.

• Skilled in building custom connectors and delivering secure, scalable AI solutions.

• Understanding of Azure AI services (AI Foundry, Agent Service, Semantic Kernel).

• Familiar with multi-agent systems and cloud design best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Python for Copilot Studio integration.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK or AI prototyping.

• Background in consulting or enterprise integrations (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle).
